My journey in real estate began as a contractor. Many years spent refining my construction/renovation skills led to house flipping. As a way to further increase my own knowledge and skills (and profit margins) I decided to get my real estate license. Very quickly, I realized that the real estate industry has a problem — and identifying and fixing problems is my favorite thing to do. The industry has not adjusted to the internet age and unsuspecting home sellers are drastically over paying for what is now a largely automated process. Torch Realty is my fix to that problem. I care deeply about my work and about the people who trust me to help them through an intimidating process.
