Being part of the Northern Kentucky MLS(Multiple Listing Service) means that any listing with Torch Realty will show up on ALL major real estate websites including other local real estate companies’ websites. Torch Realty has the same reach as all of the legacy brokers that you’ve known for awhile, but Torch Realty charges you far less.
Do you do open houses?
Torch Realty does not do open houses, but you are welcome to host your own open house which we will gladly advertise on your MLS listing.
